Today photographic imagery is everywhere. We are used to viewing a vast range photographs on a daily basis. Everything from advertising to instruction, illustration to information, documentation to decoration uses the still images to communicate with an ever increasing audience. The digital revolution has brought the production, manipulation and distribution of imagery within the reach of almost everyone on the planet. And yet, photography as we know it, is a mere 150 years old. You can learn more about photography through our online Photography Degree course.

“Styles come and go. Good design is a language, not a style.” –Massimo Vignelli
