COVID-19 update: All online teaching and learning is proceeding as normal

Amy Hake

This exhibition contains nudity.

The aim of these images is to make an audience realise that we are all ‘perfect’ and that all skin can be distorted and altered but at the end of the day, we all just have skin.

These photographs show a range of body parts from faces, both male and female, to stomachs and bums. This is to show that people can be unhappy with various body parts and it’s not just females that feel the need to alter themselves.

So often people feel as though they have to look and act a certain way in order to not be looked at or judged by others. One reason for this is due to the media and what we are forced to see on a daily basis from social media to billboards on every street. We are our own person, you are you and I am me.
