“My final degree project was inspired by our current technologically determined society – an integrated campaign that challenges young people to acknowledge social media’s potentially harmful and addictive influence on developing minds, and to reduce time spent on social media each day. The campaign app monitors young people’s social media usage on their smartphone, and offers rewards for succeeding in personalised set goals.
