During my time studying with IDI, I have gained valuable experience in research gathering, ideas generation, and development. IDI has helped me take my art director background and take it to a new level through semiotic theory, deeper research investigations, through development, decision making, and critical thinking.
In my showcase, I included the following works: «21 to 46» Mental Health branding, Kabuki Theatre pack design, Adidas D&AD Campaign, and some branding and self-promotion pack. Most of these projects (21 to 66, «You Need It» package design, BOLD Jewellery) were live, with briefs provided by real clients. This helped to deepen my understanding and appreciation of working with commercial organizations and deadlines.
