I have over a decade of professional experience in corporate interior design and brand marketing. My aim has been to upgrade my skills and explore new design disciplines. In addition to commercial retail spaces, work space design and hospitality design has been my main interest. As I have to travel for work all across globe, I am very fortunate to be exposed to variety of hospitality spatial experiences from where I have drawn inspirations.

The project work presented here is a communal space, mix of work space and hospitality spaces. The theme is co-working spaces, hotel innovation & sustainable future spaces. The project deals with the regeneration of an existing building in Singapore. A space of around 24,000 square feet is developed on one level of the building to create an innovative co-working space which would not only serve hotel guests but also would be open for local people to participate.

The space has a contemporary office infrastructure, with a variety of spatial configurations such as open work spaces, private offices, conference and event rooms, with a bespoke hospitality design concept offering seamless integration of reception, recreational and social spaces. The project introduces a spatial concept and has established spaces with distinct creative identity, communicating a strong visual personality for the progressive brand – WorkHost.
